How often does my dog need vaccinations?
A puppy's basic vaccinations usually start around 8 weeks old. A booster is then recommended at 12 and 16 weeks. A further jab is given after about 15 months, completing the initial course. Depending on the specific vaccine, booster vaccinations are then scheduled every one to three years.
Check with your breeder – puppies usually have had their first vaccinations before you bring them home.
