Q: How much does Care+ cost?

Care+ costs SEK 129/month and includes benefits worth more than SEK 2,900 per year. The membership is an annual agreement with a 12-month commitment, billed monthly.

Q: What can I use the SEK 1,500 for?

You can use it towards included everyday care such as vaccinations, professional dental cleaning, nail clipping, microchipping, an EU pet passport and tick treatment. Dental cleaning is performed by a licensed vet. Complex extractions and treatment of advanced dental disease are not included.

Q: Can I choose where I go?

Yes. Choose the clinic or provider that suits you, then add your receipt in the Lassie app.

Q: How do I get money back?

Simply take a photo of your receipt and add it in the Lassie app. We'll then put money towards the cost, up to your annual Care+ amount.

Your budget becomes available 15 days after you join. Keep your receipts — you can send them in from that date.
